   About Arivelle
Our company was originally established as a SES business, and we have steadily built up trust and achievements on the strength of our small but solid operations.
However, from this year, we plan to further strengthen our efforts in contracted development and in-house development.
For this purpose, we are now actively recruiting engineers.
Although Alibel does not have a flashy corporate culture, all employees, including the president, are moderately close to each other, and there are almost no situations in which they needlessly care about each other.
It is an environment where you can simply devote yourself to your own work and development.
Therefore, this environment is suitable for those who are not good at communication, do not want to wear out their spirit with the relationships of others, and want to concentrate solely on development.

Appeal points
Stress-free environment
No needless communication scenes.
Guaranteed salary above your previous salary.
・Able to work on a variety of languages and projects
・Small scale, so evaluations have a direct impact on the company.
No showing up at regular meetings.
We emphasize work-life balance.
Approximately 80% of our employees are engineers.
The board members are also engineers, so they have a good understanding of technical proposals, and the environment is conducive to their realization.
Also, since we are often involved in a single project for a long period of time, we are able to take our time and feel the results of our efforts, rather than just creating something and calling it a day.
