This time, we are recruiting for the position of "ERP Consultant Engineer".

【Job Description】
As a consultant and development engineer for ERP implementation including SAP, you will be responsible for system proposal, design, development, construction, and implementation for a wide range of customers.

【Responsibilities】
Proposal of ERP implementation
Define requirements such as Fit & Gap analysis with existing business flow at the ERP implementation site
Application design and development, including adding ERP functions and customizing existing functions
Development of peripheral subsystems that are linked to ERP, etc.

【After entering the company】
After you join us, we will determine the most suitable project based on your skills, experience, aptitude, and orientation through interviews.
For those with limited experience, we will start with development, testing, maintenance and operation, while those with more experience will be assigned to consulting, requirement definition and construction projects where they can quickly demonstrate their skills.
For the inexperienced, we will start with development, testing, maintenance, and operation.

【Project Examples】
SAP FI/CO basic design and test plan formulation (client industry: automotive)
SAP requirement definition CO consulting and FI-AA consulting (client industry: food)
Design, development, and testing in SAP Foreign Exchange ABAP (client industry: trading company)
SAP ERP/BI/XI operation and offshore operation transfer SAP system operation (BASIS) (Client industry: Pharmaceuticals)

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 Experience in ERP (OBIC7, SAP, OracleEBS, etc.) implementation Experience in ERP (OBIC7, SAP, OracleEBS, etc.) design and development Experience in Java/C#/ABAP programming for more than 6 months. Foreign nationals must have N2 certification or higher and be fluent in spoken English. 【Preferred】 Good command of English is welcome as there is a lot of interaction with foreign clients. Implementation consultant and designer of FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, BW, BPC, HCM, Basis, WM, EWM, etc., and experienced in S/4HANA, Fiori, ABAP 【Ideal Applicnats】 Able to communicate well with people around you. Driven by a sense of collaboration. Able to work in a cooperative manner. A person who wants to work for a long time with a focus on his/her own career. A person who wants to contribute to the growth of the company by improving his/her skills.

【Allowance】
Overtime allowance (20H of estimated overtime is included in the monthly salary)

Commuting and transportation expenses (fully paid)

【Working hours】
9:00-18:00 (8 hours per day)
(Regular working hours: 8 hours) *May vary depending on the project.

Completely 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)
