Job Description

＜Business Description＞
We operate "Double Business Cloud," a platform that connects companies with people who want to work in multiple businesses.
Companies are free to bring in the right people at the right time, for the right project, at the right time, and at the right time, without having to worry about high fees or complicated contracts. The approximately 39,000 registered users can also freely search for duplicate projects once they are in the duplicate cloud, and can enter or send messages to companies.

This is the hot [Multiple Jobs] x [SaaS] area.
We are at the forefront of the trend, and we are introducing the concept of a new way of working! The market for double-digit business is expanding rapidly, and Another works is also growing rapidly. 2021 will be a turning point for us as we move toward business expansion. In 2021, we are looking for people who can join us in the rapid growth phase as members of the founding phase and help us to make Another works a success!

＜Job Description＞
In this position, we are looking for a core member who will be responsible for the front-end development of the "Double Business Cloud," a matching platform for multiple businesses.

It has been two years since the release of the "Double Business Cloud" double business matching platform, but due in part to the impact of Corona, the need for double business is exploding.
With the number of users and accesses to the site rapidly increasing in the wake of Corona, and against a background of growing demand for double-dealing, we intend to further speed up the development of the site.

Mission of Development Department
■Expanding the world of people through the power of products
We will continue to develop new opportunities and services not only to create a place for matching people with companies, but also to expand the radius of action by removing all barriers to double-entry work. You can work with discretion from requirement definition to implementation and release.

Development Department Action Guidelines
■Wired in, Enthusiastic!
We value "passionate people" and "passionate environment" to grow our products at an overwhelming speed.
■All are Owners
We will continue to be a highly productive team where each individual takes ownership, thinks for themselves, and takes action.
Make Harmony
We will continue to ask questions and provide the greatest value to both the company and the talent.

In order to continue development that maintains the serviceability of the "Multiple Jobs Cloud," we are looking for people who can improve existing code while always being aware of the latest trends in technology, people who can develop with an awareness of what will endure even if the number of accesses increases tenfold in the future, and people who want to grow as engineers while solving such problems.

＜Department＞
The entire Product Division will be involved in the development of the "Compound Business Cloud" product.

Within the product, we have teams for "company side development team", "talent (individual) development team", "LP team", "job auto generation team (new function)", and so on, and these teams are composed of small units and have concurrent positions.

＜What you will get out of this job＞
■Experience as a founding member of an innovative product development project that will revolutionize the HR industry
■Experience as a core developer in the growing market of "double-digitization".
■Experience working in an open environment where management takes the initiative in being honest and humble.
■Experience in SaaS product development that can directly reflect the voices of sales, CS, designers, and clients
■Growth environment where you can take on more and more of the work that the CTO is responsible for and use it as your own food for thought.

We promise you that you will have an impact to create products that will change the society.
Let's create our future together at Duplication Cloud!
