Job Description

■Job Summary:
We are a global company with offices in Tokyo, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia. We are expanding our branch to the Southeast Asia area, leading the digital design industry in Asia with local members, and aiming to become the No.1 design and tech company in Asia.
Service design, which is the core business of Fordigit, refers to the comprehensive design of not only the product itself, but also the overall customer experience, including when the product is not in use, and the organization and structure to realize it.
In the development of new services, updates to existing services, and digital products, we work from the user's perspective to create the ideal service and ideal experience, both online and offline, and connect this to the design and construction of web applications and products.
We offer a comprehensive range of services from UX consulting to implementation.
Fordigit's designers (art directors and designers) work from the perspective of design to realize the ideal state of the service and the ideal experience envisioned by the entire team, including the client, in-house designers, engineers, UX designers, and members of the overseas office.
To this end, we participate in all stages of the project, including user research (impression surveys, orientation surveys), workshops, UI design, implementation reviews, prototyping, and user testing, not only in the design process, but also as experts in expression.
In the design process, the art director mainly draws the world view and concept and defines the best communication with the users, but this designer position will work side by side with the art director to create the design.
Eventually, the designer will be involved in the project as art director.
