【System Development Group】
You will be responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of core systems for overseas subsidiaries.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the members both technically and in terms of management.

Required Skills and Experiences

Active and able to define requirements and do basic design. 【Required】・Experience in design and development in Microsoft.NET (C#/VB) ・Experience in developing and operating programs on databases ・Experience in management or project leading ・Business level English skills (communication in English with overseas local authorities required) 【Preferred】・Experience in developing applications for production and sales management systems from scratch ・Experience in developing business applications for the manufacturing industry ・Experience in development with MS SQL Server

Working Condition

08:30-17:15 ・Prescribed working hours: 7 hours and 45 minutes ・Overtime work after 21:30 prohibited ・Break time: 60 minutes (12:00-13:00)
Fixed Time System
Bonus Forth a Year
Performance variable bonus/including monthly performance variable allowance and overtime allowance equivalent to 60 hours
Bonus: 4 times a year (March, June, September, and December)
