We conduct interviews with employees regarding any dissatisfaction with the site and make proposals to projects that meet their wishes to the maximum extent possible.
(We ask employees to give us feedback on anything that concerns them, even if it is a minor issue.)

*We are a Youth Yell certified company, which is rare for an IT company!
(We have a track record of being recognized by the government for paid holidays, overtime work, etc.) Therefore, there is no work that requires extreme overtime work, or working on holidays.

Working Condition

◆Location
Within 5 minutes walk from the station No transfer
CR-VITE 9F, 1-12-7 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo (Nearest station: JR Shibuya station)

◆Working hours
- Completely Saturdays, Sundays and holidays off
- Working hours depend on the case, but as a youth-oriented company, there is not much overtime except during the busy season.
- The actual working hours are 8 hours at most.
*Overtime hours at a company certified as a "Youth Yale" company
- The average monthly overtime hours worked by regular employees in the previous fiscal year was less than 20 hours, and no regular employee worked more than 60 hours of overtime per month on average.

◆Salary
Monthly salary 350,000 yen ～ (*Assumed annual salary 4,200,000 yen ～)
The above amount includes deemed overtime pay (20 hours per month, worth 60,000 yen).
(In the case of 350,000 yen per month including the above-mentioned deemed overtime pay) Excess amount will be paid separately.
Salary will vary depending on years of experience, whether or not you have experience in defining requirements, multilingual skills, etc. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
*The employment status during the probationary period (6 months) will be contract employee.
There will be no change in other benefits.
After 6 months of operation, the position will become permanent upon mutual agreement.
