◆Working hours
No overtime work
Completely Saturdays, Sundays and holidays off
Working hours depend on the case, but since we are a youth-oriented company, there is not much overtime except during the busy season.
The actual working hours are 8 hours at most.

Overtime hours at a company certified as a "Youth Yell" company
The average monthly overtime hours worked by regular employees in the previous fiscal year must be less than 20 hours, and the average monthly overtime hours must be less than 60 hours.
　No regular employee has worked more than 60 hours of overtime per month on average.

◆Salary
Monthly salary 375,000 yen ～ (*Assumed annual salary 4,500,000 yen ～)
The above amount includes deemed overtime pay (20 hours per month, equivalent to 61,000 yen).
The above amount is based on a monthly salary of 375,000 yen. Excess amount will be paid in full.
→The salary depends on your qualifications and skills.
