[About Desire]
We conduct interviews with employees regarding any dissatisfaction with the site, and make proposals to projects that meet their wishes to the maximum extent possible.
(We ask our employees to give us feedback on anything that concerns them, even if it is a minor issue.)

◆Working hours
Completely Saturdays, Sundays and holidays off
Working hours depend on the case, but as a youth-oriented company, there is not much overtime except during the busy season.
The actual working hours are 8 hours at most.

Overtime hours at a company certified as a "Youth Yale" company
The average monthly overtime hours worked by regular employees in the previous fiscal year must be less than 20 hours, and the average monthly overtime hours must be less than 60 hours.
　No regular employee has worked more than 60 hours of overtime per month on average.

◆Salary
Monthly salary 350,000 yen ～ (*Assumed annual salary 4,200,000 yen ～)
The above amount includes deemed overtime pay (20 hours per month, worth 60,000 yen).
(In the case of 350,000 yen per month including the above-mentioned deemed overtime pay.)
Excess amount will be paid separately.

Salary will vary depending on years of experience, requirement definition experience, and multilingual skills.
