Job Description

■You will be involved in system development for a variety of business categories, including printing, financial, life insurance, and telecommunications systems, mail order systems, accounting systems, web-based system design and development such as e-commerce sites, and AI/blockchain.
Currently, the most common projects are system development and maintenance for finance, life insurance, securities, and telecommunications systems. Please be assured that you will be entrusted with a role that suits your skills.

■Raise your market value as an engineer and train you until you are able to develop from the user's point of view.
・The phase you will be entrusted with will depend on the project and your skills, but you will be mainly responsible for upstream processes such as requirement definition, basic design, and management.
*If you are inexperienced, you will be entrusted with a role appropriate to your skills. Once you get used to it, you will be assigned upstream processes such as requirement definition, basic design, management, and so on. Depending on your experience and wishes, you will be able to work "from where you can".

■You will be stationed at a customer site (80% remote work) and participate in a project with a team of 2 to 10 people. Depending on the project situation and your own wishes, you may also be able to take on the challenge of contracted development.

■Skill development and evaluation system: Since the executive director also has experience as an engineer at a financial institution, there is a company-wide focus on the working environment and skill development of engineers.
In addition to training in IT skills, the company provides multifaceted education to enable employees to not only acquire IT knowledge, but also to "work" using IT.
According to the skills acquired, there are some cases in which a person has been given a team leader position after only six months, and there is a system in which efforts are directly linked to evaluations.
