■Overview:
The company is a member of the FUJISOFT Group, and its main business is cloud ERP consulting, implementation, and construction. The company has been growing continuously in terms of business performance, and is hiring additional staff in order to further improve its business structure in the future.

■Responsibilities
Infrastructure design, construction, implementation, operation and maintenance of Oracle products such as ERP systems including Oracle EBS or ERP Cloud

■Project Examples
We have a track record of more than 20 years of service provision, various know-how such as on-premise to cloud migration, and a system that enables us to receive orders for long-term projects worth several hundred million yen.
It is a unique feature of our wide range of clients, including infrastructure system companies, a certain mail-order company, a certain construction machinery manufacturer, and government agencies (local governments, independent administrative agencies, and educational institutions).

■Working Style
Full flextime and remote work have been in place since before the Covide-19 pandemic, allowing for a high degree of freedom, and there are many women in the company. There are many women in the company, and three employees who are on shortened working hours for childcare are also active in the company. Although there are times when visits to clients are required depending on the project, there are many projects where full remote work is possible, and the average overtime hours are about 20 hours. The management system is very well organized, with the operating hours of each project included in the agenda of management meetings.
*We have received "Eruboshi certification" from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as a "company promoting women's activities".

■Training
In addition to our own in-house acceptance training, we will support your career development through Oracle's extensive training (e-learning, etc.). Required Skills and Experiences

■Required: Experience in infrastructure design, environment construction, operation and maintenance of Oracle products (Oracle EBS or ERP Cloud, etc.) ■Preferred: ・Experience in building system infrastructure in cloud environment (Oracle/AWS/Azure, etc.) ・Oracle Master or other certifications welcome ・Infrastructure construction, OS (Windows, Linux, UNIX) installation and configuration, Shell development, network construction
