You will be in charge of about 40 to 50 engineers.
Through regular interviews, we listen to the current problems and future career plans of each engineer, and propose projects that suit each engineer's needs.

Monthly salary 350,000-500,000 yen + incentives
Incentive system is available.
*This will be determined in consideration of previous salary, experience, ability, age, and other factors.
The above includes fixed overtime pay. Excess amount will be paid separately.
There will be no change in salary during the probationary period.
