Job Description
We are looking for someone who has experience in web application development in languages other than PHP.

You will be entrusted with implementation as a server-side engineer, and depending on your suitability, you will be involved in development as a sub-lead engineer in a development project. Eventually, you will aim for a position as a lead engineer who will be responsible for upstream processes such as requirement definition and overall service design. (It is also possible to move to a manager position.)
We have a system in which each project is developed by a team of 7 to 15 people. We have many people who came from SES and production companies, so we have a system in place for you to quickly become active in the company. We have a system in place that allows you to take an active role in the early stages of your career. We are looking for a person who can grow as an engineer in an environment where 100% of development is done in-house.

Specific duties
Development work as a server-side engineer
Infrastructure and front-end development work as required.
Assist in DB design and architecture design
Review of PR for PJ members
Conduct and evaluate PoC for technical research and proposals in line with PJ progress.

Required Requirements At least 2 years of experience in web application development using one of the following languages: Java, Python, Go, Ruby, or Kotlin At least 2 years of experience in web application development using Spring, SpringBoot, FastAPI, or Rails frameworks. ・Positive attitude to catch up with PHP/Laravel after joining the company. Welcomed talents Experience in development using languages/FWs other than PHP/Laravel Experience in front-end development such as Vue.js and React Back-end development experience in native app development Experience in building environments using AWS Experience in SQL/DB performance tuning Experience in design methodologies such as DDD, TDD, design patterns, etc. Experience in software architecture such as clean architecture, layered architecture, onion architecture, etc. Experience in committing to OSS Experience in training junior staff and managing as a leader The ideal candidate will have Passionate about software development and engineering. Annual salary: 4,500,000 yen ~ 7,000,000 yen
Monthly salary: 375,000~583,000 yen *Fixed overtime pay system: Excess amount paid separately (equivalent to fixed overtime: 45.0 hours/month)
Salary structure: Annual salary system
Salary revision: 4 times a year (January, April, July, October)
Trial period: 3 months (conditions remain the same)
