Job Description

Mitsui Kinzoku has always been active in the "Functional Materials and Metals Business" dealing with rare metals and copper, "Mobility Business" dealing with automotive parts, and "Other Business Creation", accelerating new ideas in 12 countries around the world with the fusion of materials and technology.

Mitsui Kinzoku Yoursoft, which we describe as "Mitsui Kinzoku = Brave", supports the entire group by developing and implementing mission-critical systems as the group's only information-related subsidiary.

■Background of Recruitment
This is an increase in the number of employees due to business expansion to accelerate DX promotion.

Mitsui Kinzoku Group has launched a medium-term management plan for 2021, and will accelerate DX promotion for the entire group in the future.
As part of this plan, we are planning to expand the scope of operations, including infrastructure development and introduction of zero-trust security measures, and are looking for new colleagues who can lead DX at Mitsui Kinzoku together with us.

■Responsibilities
First, you will be responsible for the maintenance and management of servers and networks at 70 domestic and 30 overseas Mitsui Kinzoku Group companies, working together with the current members.

Specifically
・Fault handling and inquiry support
・New system construction, network installation, etc.

In addition, we would like to ask you to individually carry out the following tasks.
① Rebuild the infrastructure infrastructure for the promotion of ICT/DX utilization throughout the Mitsui Kinzoku Group
② Information gathering and verification of cloud services, followed by group-wide deployment

As both tasks ① and ② are unprecedented challenges, we expect you to work in unison and as one with existing employees.
*We have a system in place whereby the company will fully pay the examination fees for necessary certifications such as the Microsoft and IPA information technology engineer examinations.

The candidate will lead PJs while expanding his/her area of responsibility according to his/her level of proficiency. While improving your practical skills and PJ promotion abilities, you will aim to reach a level where you can make proposals and discussions for better information system infrastructure construction.

【6~ years of employment】
We expect you to become a high-level ICT human resource who can grasp the global situation and the overall picture of the Mitsui Kinzoku Group's business, draw up a vision of what the information system infrastructure should be, and execute it.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required ・At least 3 years of experience in building or operating corporate networks and servers. ・At least 5 years of experience in an information systems department within a company, regardless of the role. ・Basic knowledge of networking, cloud computing, and security (Reference) Network: CCNA / Microsoft Azure: AZ-104 / Microsoft365: SC-900 ■Preferred ・Basic knowledge of Windows Server equivalent to MTA ・Basic knowledge of Linux equivalent to LPIC-1 ・Microsoft Azure knowledge equivalent to AZ-900 ・Knowledge of Microsoft365 equivalent to MS-900 ・Basic knowledge of Palo Alto Networks PA-series (firewalls) ・Basic knowledge of Windows Server (MTA) ・Knowledge of Linux fundamentals (approximate LPIC-1)

■Salary	
Annual salary: 4,520,000 yen - 8,400,000 yen
◆Monthly salary: from 266,000 yen
*Trial period: 3 months (no change from the current employment)

◆Reference annual salary: 6.45 million yen
