Job Description

You will develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models in projects that work with clients, primarily financial and business companies, to improve the efficiency and sophistication of their operations through the use of AI technology.

Examples of projects
・Development of forecasting technology related to analysis of financial market trends and asset management, including stocks, exchange rates, and raw material prices.
・Development of new services related to finance (risk management, customer portfolio management, window automation, etc.)
・Development of AI models for Fintech collaboration and marketing
・Development of new services related to finance (risk management, customer portfolio management, automated teller machines, etc.)
・Construction of consumer finance credit model
・Store strategy, sales forecasting, and product demand forecasting
・Utilization of deep learning foundation models for natural language processing and image recognition

Required Skills and Experiences

【MUST】・Strong interest in data analysis and artificial intelligence ・Experience in programming languages (Python, etc.) ・Ability to prepare documents 【WANT】・Experience in PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) of data analysis, from setting up appropriate problems to actual data analysis and improvement, in order to solve problems. ・Knowledge of machine learning and statistical methods ・Experience in financial services ・Ability to explain the results of data analysis to clients in an easy-to-understand manner 【Ideal Applicants】・We are looking for people with strong enthusiasm even if they do not have any experience. ・People who can tackle any given task with sincerity and dedication. ・People who are curious and willing to try new things. ・People who can work in a team.
