This position specializes in the MA product within the platform mentioned above. They recently launched a new MA system that implements diverse customer outreach methods, including email delivery, LINE/SMS distribution, and web push notifications, as marketing outputs.
Although they have just completed the 0-to-1 phase, with the product already adopted by a double-digit number of client companies, they are now focused on strengthening integration with CDP, Recommendation, and BI tools. This allows for more granular, personalized distribution and analysis.
This marks a crucial transition from the 0-to-1 to the 1-to-10 phase. To quickly establish a competitive advantage, they are currently accelerating new feature development, performance improvement, and integration with other SaaS products.

【Recruitment Background】
In driving the complete migration from the old MA (Marketing Automation) system to the new one, there are numerous tasks that need to be accomplished. These include implementing features for the new MA, improving performance, and developing integration features with other products like SFA, CDP, Recommend, and ENGAGE.
The company is therefore recruiting an individual who can contribute as a team member and perform full-stack development.

【Responsibilities】
・Full-stack development for the Marketing Automation (MA) product.
・Back-end development using PHP.
・Front-end development using PHP, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
・Development of integration points with other products using various languages such as Node.js and Nest.js.
・Infrastructure design and construction using AWS.
・Database design and construction using AWS Aurora and BigQuery.
・Support for requirements definition, basic design, and detailed design.

They hold a large event, such as a contest, once a month, supplemented by weekly activities centered around post-mortem analysis (discussion of contest strategies and solutions). Members range widely from "Orange Coders" (multiple members) to "Green Coders."

・Book Purchase Subsidy 
A system exists to subsidize book purchases up to ¥60,000 annually. Engineers can freely purchase books within this limit, and many buy technical books every month.
