Business Description
We will first develop MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to release new services in the fastest possible time, centered on avatars, kisekae, and communication functions. After the release, we will continue to develop for the service growth, always facing to the users.

The product has traditionally used a spatial representation based on a 2D isometric view.
This time, we are seeking a 3D representation in order to create a more expansive space and a service that gives users a sense of connection with the world.
We would like you to work with our designers to find an ideal 3D representation that will allow people to feel a sense of avatars and expansiveness, utilizing our past assets, and to design and implement the design.

As this is a new application, we are expecting a high level of technical challenges such as initial design, CI/CD construction, avatar system construction, and real-time communication.
We would like you to create value through technical challenges and promote the development of new services, while being thoroughly attentive to users!

Required Skills and Experiences

Required Requirements. Knowledge and experience in game development using Unity (C#) Experience in Pull Request based development using GitHub Ability to communicate smoothly with other professionals (business, designers, server engineers, etc.) Welcome requirements At least 5 years of practical experience in smartphone application development Experience in 3D content development In-game development experience Skills to search for ideal expressions, design and implement them in cooperation with designers Maya / 3ds Max related tool development Shader related knowledge Experience in personal development and application release Degree in computer science Experience automating development using scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.) Experience as a development leader
