Recruitment Background
The company is currently promoting data analysis and utilization within the company, aiming to improve operations and business results. To this end, we are looking for a data analyst / data analysis consultant to strengthen the structure of the Data Analysis Strategy Group, an organization that works with the business organization to improve the usability of the data analysis infrastructure and support actual data utilization.

Mission of this position
This position supports business growth from data.
We are looking for a data analyst / data analysis consultant who will promote data analysis and utilization within the company and contribute to management and business decision making.
This position will first participate in existing data utilization and data maintenance projects, working with related parties in a series of steps from problem identification to proposal, while taking ownership of and promoting data utilization projects in new departments and areas in stages.

Development and improvement of data analysis infrastructure
Stable operation of data analysis infrastructure
Promotion of data analysis and utilization
Fostering a data-driven culture

&lt;Specifically
Data analysis and utilization related to business issues
Example: Design and evaluation of growth indicators for each product
Example: Analysis of business structure and issues in each department, proposal of countermeasures, and measurement of effectiveness
Example: Visualization of risks and issues that have not yet become apparent in services and products, and proposal of policies to deal with them
Improvement of data analysis infrastructure
e.g.) Data maintenance in cooperation with data engineers (organizing requirements, creating data marts, document maintenance, etc.)
Example: Development of reports and dashboards using BI tools (including improvement of existing assets)

Collaborate with various departments such as sales, corporate planning, product planning, etc., and promote internal data analysis and utilization
You will be able to discuss with highly specialized members while designing tables and building dashboards that are easy to operate and maintain.
Gain broad domain knowledge by working across many data sources, including SFA, CRM, etc., in addition to the company's own products.

■Future goals and current challenges for the department
Our goal is to realize data-driven management that does not rely on KKD (experience, intuition, and courage). However, at present, data analysis and utilization within the company are not sufficiently advanced. In order to realize our goal, we need to steadily promote data analysis and utilization within the company and the creation of business value by taking a multifaceted approach, such as improving data literacy of employees and creating an environment that facilitates data analysis, as well as providing consultation on data utilization and data analysis while working closely with each department. In addition, it is necessary to steadily promote data analysis and utilization within the company and the creation of business value through it by taking a multifaceted approach.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 Meet all of the following: ・Experience in solving business challenges and driving improvements through data analysis and data utilization ・Experience in data extraction and aggregation using SQL (2+ years) ・Experience in creating dashboards using BI tools (1+ years) ・Experience participating in projects and collaborating with stakeholders to produce deliverables while aligning on objectives, assumptions, and definitions 【Preferred】・Project management experience ・Interest in and experience with data modeling (e.g., dimensional modeling) ・Practical experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum
