・You will be involved in many web/open projects, from requirements definition to design and development.

・Develop embedded S/W using C/C++. (network equipment, automotive, multifunction devices, smartphones)

・An environment with little overtime. (Choose projects with little overtime.) (Average monthly working hours: around 140-150h)

Working Condition

Working Location
・Mainly in Osaka (Shin-Osaka, Umeda, Yodoyabashi, OBP, etc.).
・Priority will be given to the location of the employee's choice.
・No on-site work is required.
・Teleworking (e.g. twice a week) will be actively considered if desired.
・8 minutes from Osaka Tenmangu Station on the JR Tozai Line.
・6 minutes from Osaka Metro Minami-morimachi Station.

Working Hours
・Working hours: 9:00-17:30 (lunch break: 12-13:00)
・Monthly working hours (average): 140-160h.
・Average overtime hours: 2-3 times a year, 10-20 hours.

Salary
【Monthly salary]】
・Second year of experience: expected annual salary: ¥3,40,000 - ¥3,600,000
　Monthly salary: ¥250,000 - ¥265,000 (basic salary and overtime allowance paid separately)
　Bonus: Twice a year (financial bonus not included)
・Scheduled annual salary in the fifth year of employment: ¥ 4,400,000 - ¥ 4,800,000
・After that, ¥5,000,000 - ¥5,500,000 (depending on personal evaluation)

Salary example	
Example of the second year after joining a company with no experience. Monthly salary: ¥ 250,000 - ¥ 265,000; Bonus: ¥ 450,000
Example of fifth year with the company (five years' experience). Monthly salary: JPY 300,000 - JPY 320,000; Bonus: JPY 700,000
Example of 7th year in company (7th year of experience). Monthly salary: JPY 350,000 - JPY 400,000; Bonus: JPY 800,000
