Recruitment Background
The company has built one of Japan's largest office real estate databases and develops and operates multiple products based on this data.

To date, the internal data platform development team has focused on building infrastructure that supports data-driven decision-making and business promotion, primarily through the visualization of management KPIs and user analysis.

Moving forward, we are seeking an Analytics Engineer to play a central role in creating new business ventures leveraging our real estate data, expanding the scope of data utilization to accelerate overall business growth.

Responsibilities
・Construction and Operation of Management KPI Dashboards
You will be involved in the construction and operation of BI dashboards that visualize management indicators, such as revenue, used daily by executives and business members in sales and other departments. From the planning stage, you will participate in discussions with stakeholders and be deeply involved in every step—from data pipelines to dashboard creation—leveraging tools such as Snowflake, Streamlit, and Tableau.

・Construction and Operation of Internal Real Estate Data Analytics Platforms
You will work on building and operating the analytical data infrastructure that enables business members (Sales, Customer Success, etc.) to analyze internal real estate data. This allows them to provide value to clients through reporting and consulting based on deep data insights.

・Data Utilization Initiatives for Internal Operational Efficiency
You will support data utilization to streamline internal operations for Corporate, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Recent projects include designing and developing data structures that integrate Customer Success SaaS products with internal data platforms to ensure seamless data accessibility.

・Lead "Offensive" Real Estate Data Platform Development
You will develop data analysis platforms that directly provide value to clients through reporting and consulting. Specifically, you will tackle high-difficulty challenges such as building data marts that allow non-technical business members to handle data with simple SQL, providing standardized data analysis applications, and creating ad-hoc analysis environments leveraging Generative AI/LLM technologies—all while ensuring the mechanisms for output quality are robust.

・Focus on Green-field Development and Feature Expansion for KPI Dashboards
While our BI dashboards have already yielded significant results in data-driven decision-making, there is still immense room for new feature development and optimization. Thanks to a design philosophy that prioritizes low operational overhead, our systems are remarkably stable with almost no downtime. This allows you to focus nearly 100% of your energy on new development and strategic feature expansion rather than maintenance.

・A Core Role Driving Cross-Company Data Utilization
As a core member of the data platform team, you will collaborate with diverse groups—including Executives, Corporate, Sales, and Product Development. You won't just be fulfilling user requests; you will be deeply involved from the incubation phase of data-driven business ventures, maintaining end-to-end involvement from initial planning to final delivery.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 1+ years of practical experience in any of the following roles: Data Analyst Software Engineer Roles that utilize data, such as Customer Success or Marketing Practical experience working with databases and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) using languages such as SQL or Python Practical experience collaborating with team members and external stakeholders to discuss business objectives Japanese: N2–N1 【Preferred】 Experience in the design, development, and operation of data platforms using data warehouses and ETL/ELT processes Experience in development and operations using modern data stacks such as Snowflake and dbt Knowledge of and development experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure Experience in infrastructure management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform Experience in development using BI tools such as Tableau and Looker
