The company is looking for a strong and skilled designer with a solid portfolio to take on the challenge of building a sustainable brand.

This talented individual would need to:

Have a strong sense of typography
Be very creative
Not be afraid of failure
Be willing to push and refine their designs to go from good to great
Be a fully-fledged designer capable of handling advertising, print, motion, UI/UX
Be able to manage projects from start to finish
Be reliable
Have a strong understanding of what brand consistency is and its requirements
Be able to lead and mentor young designers
Be ready to fight for high standards and quality and not compromise

Required Skills and Experiences

Design education (although not specifically formal) and experience required. Business level English and Japanese required. Interview requirements: Bring images of 2 design projects (not yours specifically) that you think are good for one and great for the other, and a simple explanation of why you do think so
