Job Description

The company's group is working to build a new value-creating SaaS platform, that combines the group's proprietary "technology" with various "industry domains" such as mobility, healthcare, local government, retail, and HR.

You will be responsible for the design, construction, maintenance and operation of the network and infrastructure for mainly web applications in the company's services, centered on this SaaS platform. The services they are currently working on range from those in the planning stage, to those undergoing feasibility evaluations through PoC involving local governments and client companies, to those that have been launched and are being offered to consumers.

Since the period since the start of this initiative is still short, many of them are small in scale. However, many of them are beginning to take root as part of the infrastructure for solving social and lifestyle issues, and they are committed to not only stable operation but also to strengthening the system infrastructure base for future business expansion.

Specifically, as an infrastructure engineer in an in-house development team, you will be responsible for the following tasks
・Collaborate with development members and other related internal and external parties to promote the project as a team.
・Manage costs in infrastructure across the entire SaaS platform
・Design, construction, and operation of service architecture, middleware, and management services
・Design, construction, and operation of security-conscious networks, system infrastructure, and servers, with a focus on cloud environments
・Identification of issues, proposals, and improvement initiatives to ensure stable operation and expansion of services

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・5+ years of working experience as an infrastructure engineer ・5+ years of practical experience in building infrastructure for multiple services using cloud environments, including AWS ・3+ years of practical experience in building monitoring systems for multiple services 【Preferred】・Practical experience in development in open source languages ・Experience in building infrastructure for systems that handle personal information ・Performance tuning

・Granted from the date of hire/set individually depending on the month of hire
・Special vacation (free vacation twice a year: 5 consecutive working days off)
・Celebration or condolence leave, maternity/childcare leave, nursing care leave, other systems
