■ Business Overview
This company was founded in 2014 by a former engineer from a major Japanese automotive parts manufacturer, together with a team of engineers. Since then, they have provided technical consulting and tool development services to top-tier automotive companies, particularly those connected to the founder’s former employer.


■ Job Description
After completing OFF-JT, you will be involved in one of the following tasks.
(1) Supporting the introduction of inspection automation tools for in-vehicle ECU development and post-introduction engineering
(2) Support for technical consulting team (preparation of documents, small-scale software development, etc.)

In addition, depending on aptitude and desire, you may eventually be involved in one of the following tasks.
(3) Technical sales and technical consulting to sell our packaged software and engineering products
(4) Development of in-house software

Before being assigned to a project, you will learn "C language," "in-vehicle software development," and "test automation tools" through off-the-job training.
*The curriculum may be shortened or omitted in some cases depending on your ability at the time you join the company.
*The OFF-JT period differs for each employee as we provide individual guidance based on the progress of learning. The standard is about 3 months.

*If you are assigned to a project that involves work with specialized equipment or files that cannot be taken out of the office, you may be asked to work at the client's headquarters. (The nearest station is also Kariya Station, within walking distance from GAFS headquarters.)
Although this is a permanent position, it is different from so-called "outsourced development.
