【Department】
The mission of this organization is to develop new businesses and implement cutting-edge technologies into society in order to realize the "Fintech Shift" that the company has set forth.
It was established in September 2021 as a department responsible for technology implementation and system development for the entire group, and mainly manages each project from the technology side.

【Ongoing Projects】
・DX promotion in the real estate industry (new construction and used equipment sales)
・Brain MRI diagnosis business in the medical/healthcare field
・Food delivery services for restaurants
・New services related to payment and advertising

【Role & Responsibilities】
As QA Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for all quality control tasks related to the development of new and existing business systems promoted by the company.

・Understanding the specifications of systems under development
・Quality assurance
・Test strategy planning
・Test automation planning
・Management from test request to test execution
・Test design and test case creation
etc.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 Experience in QA-related tasks in Agile and Waterfall development Experience in quality management for multiple projects (3+ years) Experience in test planning and report creation (5+ years) Experience in quality management and quality control Experience creating business improvement documents or project proposals using PowerPoint Experience in pre-sales or customer negotiations 【Preferred】 Experience in automated testing Experience in building or operating CI/CD pipelines Experience in API testing JSTQB Advanced Level certification 【Cultural Fit】 Takes ownership and approaches tasks with agility Takes initiative to tackle new challenges Works independently and drives tasks forward
