Job Description

The company has continued to expand its business based on two stable earnings platforms: the settlement business, which provides payment platforms for Internet and convenience store transactions, and the advertising business, which offers web advertising and comprehensive promotions.
In recent years, the company has established a unique business model in which earnings from the settlement and advertising businesses are reinvested in investment, business development, new business development, and advanced technology development (R&D).
This has led to the creation of new Internet businesses and technologies.

【Responsibilities】
Responsible for analyzing business side requirements for new and existing business development promoted by the company and for overall management of system development
Requirement definition, technology selection, and development progress management
Design and implementation of back-end and front-end systems
Management of development partner companies and personnel, code review

【About Ongoing Projects】
・New services related to payment and advertising
・Brain MRI diagnostic business in the medical/healthcare domain
・DX promotion services for legacy industries (real estate, legal, etc.)
・Food delivery services for food and beverage outlets
→We will assign you to one of the above projects according to your experience after you join our company.

【Example of Project Details】
◆Project: Services for food and beverage outlets related to food delivery
◆Members: 4 business development members, 1 engineering manager, 3 development members
◆PJ progress
・Collaborating with external development partners to promote the project
・Front-end development (React), back-end design and implementation (AWS)
・API integration with external services, including overseas partners
・UX, UI, and data design with customer experience in mind

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・Eperience in web services development (3+ years) ・Experience developing on AWS or other public cloud (1+ years) ・Knowledge and experience with databases ・Communication skills ・Teamwork skills 【Preferred】・Knowledge and experience in security ・Knowledge and experience in data science ・Experience in new business and service development ・Experience in engineering management
