Job Description

The Experience Design Department participates in the Group's new business and service creation projects from the business conception and planning stages,
The Department is an organization of experts who are involved in a wide range of activities, from UI design and front-end development to operation construction.
As of June 2023, approximately 50 members, including designers, researchers, business planners, engineers, and others from different industries, have gathered to take on a variety of projects.

We are looking for a person who can play an active role as an FE engineer in the development of next-generation cockpits.
The work will be front-end development of next-generation connected services to be installed in cars.
Based on the design data created by the UI designer, you will develop the front-end using Dart framework (Flutter).
In order to create better products, we have an environment where engineers respect each other's position as well as that of UI designers and researchers, and where you can promote the project with your own growth.
Within the scrum team, you will be required to be communicative, proactive, and cooperative, and you will play a role in materializing the image of the FE engineer.

The role will be to develop the project using Flutter.
The role will require the ability to communicate and work proactively and collaboratively with other FE Engineers.
The role will be responsible for the development and implementation of software that meets global development standards.
The role will be responsible for the development of software that is easy to use for users, while maintaining the quality and velocity of development.
Collaborate with UX designers, UI designers, backend engineers, and other team members to implement UI with a focus on user perspective, etc.

Required Skills and Experiences

Required ・3+ years of development experience in the last 3 years. ・Experience developing in Flutter/Dart. ・Flexibility and initiative to work both in teams and solo. ・Good communication skills required for scrum development. ・Ability to communicate in Japanese on a daily basis for business purposes. ・Ability to communicate in English (reading and writing level). Preferred ・Business level English (meeting participation, document preparation) ・Experience in Atomic design-based UI development (including animation) ・Experience in web application and smartphone application development ・Experience in front-end development of in-vehicle HMI ・Experience in large scale system development
