【Your Role】
The company is looking for a Frontend Engineer to powerfully drive the growth of the company's skill marketplace service. They need someone who can wholeheartedly embrace the user's perspective, continuously iterating through cycles of hypothesis, execution, and verification to refine our product. Your mission will be to discover how to make our service even more convenient for a broader audience.
If you also have backend experience, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to backend development as well.

・Building new content using Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
・Creating rich content with HTML/CSS markup and JavaScript.
・Identifying issues in existing features and proposing solutions.
・Verifying the effectiveness of new features after launch and proposing improvements.

・Given the product's complexity, you'll gain significant experience and a strong track record in frontend development.
・Engineers are involved from the planning stage, fostering a user-first approach and allowing for direct communication about implementation concerns.
・You'll be part of a team that's close to its users, with frequent opportunities to engage directly with them (e.g., at user events) and experience their reactions firsthand.
・Your involvement extends beyond just frontend development to the planning stage, giving you a broader perspective and wider scope in your work.
・Non-engineer team members actively seek to understand engineers, facilitating smooth and productive communication.
