Summary of Duties
As a data analyst or data scientist, you will be mainly responsible for compiling and visualizing data related to the company's media and reporting on various numerical data including advertisements. You will also be involved in making proposals and plans to grow the business based on the knowledge gained from the data.

As part of this business development, we are looking for a person who will be responsible for data aggregation, visualization, and reporting of various numerical data including advertisements, in order to further expand our business as a search media for finding the right lawyer for each individual.

The job you will be entrusted with is as follows
First of all, you will start with understanding customers and products!
After that, we would like to ask you to do the following

Monitoring of the product
Create reports for clients (including KPI setting and visualization of numbers)
Building a new data infrastructure and maintaining a data mart.
Data analysis extracted from BigQuery
・Manage and improve measures through detailed monitoring of SEO data.
Development and improvement of product content, etc.

What kind of people and how will you interact with them?
This position requires close communication both internally and externally.
You will be part of the Data Analytics Group in the Marketing Department and will work with the VP of Legal Media, the executive officer responsible for the media business.

　Advertising agencies and attorneys (although not the main focus, there is a possibility to attend business meetings with customer success representatives)
Internal
　Sales and Customer Success Representatives: Consultations to improve reporting for customers, etc.
　Sales Planning: Exchange and consultation on data to be visualized in sales planning
　Product manager: Exchange and consultation on data to be visualized in order to attract customers and improve products.

Required Skills and Experiences

Required Experience in visualizing and growing business KPIs from a business perspective At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization using SQL Experience with BI tools Experience in Python backend development Welcome requirements Knowledge of statistics, working experience in SQL and building (or using) data marts Knowledge and working experience in web marketing Experience with job sites, restaurant sites, rental property sites, etc. Experience in handling web media and article advertising content from the perspective of an advertising agency sales representative or in-house advertising sales representative
