Job Description

◆Responsibilities
You will be engaged as a bridge SE with the Vietnam development base in the development and operation of web systems and smartphone applications for client companies.
You will join the project team on the Japanese side and take charge of managing the development team as well as communicating with the development base in Vietnam in positions such as project leader and team leader.

<Specifically>
・Project scheduling and resource management
You will be responsible for regularly checking and managing the progress of development in Vietnam, and if any problems or delays occur, you will consider immediate countermeasures. You will also adjust schedules and allocate resources appropriately, taking into consideration the progress of development and priorities.
・Technical problem solving and support
Support the development team in Vietnam in resolving technical issues by leveraging your own technical knowledge, experience, and in-house knowledge
・Project quality control
You will establish a development system and flow to ensure quality. You will also formulate test plans, conduct acceptance testing, and provide feedback for quality improvement as appropriate.
・Explanation of design documents, review of deliverables and acceptance testing
You will explain the design documents created in Japan to the Vietnamese development team, and provide input with additional information as necessary. You will also review the test specifications, detailed design, and other intermediate deliverables created by the Vietnamese development team, and perform acceptance testing of the final deliverables.
・Support for system maintenance and operation projects
You will support the maintenance and operation of the development base in Vietnam following the release of the system. You will support stable system operation by quickly responding to operational issues such as problem solving, bug fixing, and system improvements.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Japanese language skills (conversation, writing, reading) →N1 level →Able to hold business level conversation in Japanese. →Able to read and write design documents in Japanese. 3+ years of experience working with Japanese as the primary language 3+ years of experience in website (or native application) development →Experience in development using any of Java, PHP, Javascript, or python development languages. →Experience with Linux, RDB, web server, and frameworks. →Experience in basic design, detailed design, and test planning. Experience of joining a project team in a Japanese company and managing 5 or more people as a project leader or team leader. →Experience in deliverable management, quality control, and progress management. ■Preferred Experience working as a bridge SE
