Job Description

■Recruitment Background
We established this company last year with the aim of strengthening our IT human resources department. The group as a whole is also focusing on the development of IT human resources, and we have a wealth of projects that take advantage of the group's strengths, as well as many inquiries about our main in-vehicle system projects.
This time, we are looking for a control design engineer because we need to increase the number of members to be assigned there.

■Job Description
You will be asked to select one of the following.
Development support for ECU S/W
Support for development of diag tester communication
Support for dealing with market defects
Development and control design work for brake control related parts (hydraulic unit, electric booster)
Controls for gasoline engines (program creation)
Control of diesel engines (program creation)
Controls for diesel engine exhaust purification systems (program creation)
Control specification design work for BEV/PHEV driving control and high-voltage power supply control, etc. based on usage/requirements in new vehicle/engine/system development
Control development work for automatic transmissions for vehicles in new vehicle development
Diesel engine vehicle calibration work/test support
Vehicle calibration work/test support for gasoline engines/PHEV/HEV/BEV of electric vehicles
On-board calibration of gasoline and diesel engines
Vehicle calibration test for gasoline engines, diesel engines, and electric vehicles

■After assignment
After the assignment, a mentor will support you for 3 months in addition to the work.
The mentor will provide support in addition to work duties for 3 months.
If you have experience, we will consult with you about your strengths and areas you would like to challenge.
Average team composition: An average team of 5 people will be in charge of one project.
The duration of the project will depend on the project, but can range from 3 months to 1 year in the longest cases.

■Required Requirement: Development Skills Ability to operate MATLAB and Simulink. ■Welcome Requirement Experience in development/system design/control design of brake-related components Tool operation skills such as CANalyzer, diag tools, etc. Experience in engine control development Experience in motor and battery control development work Skills in reading and understanding emails and technical documents in English Ability to use CATIA Working experience in control design for automobile manufacturers, construction machinery and heavy equipment manufacturers, home appliance manufacturers, and parts suppliers

Trial period: 3 months (no change in treatment)

■Working hours
8:30 - 17:15 (7 hours and 45 minutes per day) *Flexible working hours are possible.
Break time: 60 minutes (Lunch time is left to the employee's own initiative depending on the work schedule)
Average overtime hours: 10 hours/month
