■Overview:
The company's platform for accelerating sustainability management is currently being used by companies listed on the prime market and other industries such as retail, telecommunications, and manufacturing.
The development organization needs to be scaled up in line with the ever-expanding business, and you will be responsible for the project team, making use of your experience and knowledge.

■Specifically:
【Product】
A platform for accelerating sustainability management
【Responsibilities】
　・Customer service (hearing of requirements, adjustment of requirements)
　・QCD management related to project progress
　・Collaboration with engineers
　・Ongoing organizational and operational improvement activities

■Development Environment:
　・Backend: PHP (some Python)
　・Framework : Laravel
　・Front-end: Vue.js 
　・Database: MySQL 
　・Infrastructure: AWS, Docker 
　・Deployment/Build: Github 
　・Communication: Teams, ASANA

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required: Interest in the area of sustainability Empathy with the company's vision PM experience in medium to large scale web system development (50+ person-months, agile development) Product in-house PM experience (10+ person-months, Scrum development) Experience in multiple small-scale system development PM (5 or more projects) System operation lead experience (2+ years) Experience in system development proposal (customer negotiation, requirement definition) Native-like fluency in Japanese ■Preferred: Experience in the climate/energy industry IT consulting experience (solving customer issues, proposing solutions) Experience in software engineering Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Working Condition

Regular health checks, subsidies for internal communication costs
Childcare leave system, nursing care leave system, congratulatory and condolence payment system
Shorter working hours
　Childcare: Employees raising a child under 3 years of age
　　(up to 1.5 hours per day).
　Nursing care: for a period of three years from the date of commencement of use for each family member concerned. 
　　(Can be shortened by up to 1.5 hours per day)

Allowances
Commuting allowance / Rent allowance / Child allowance / Overtime allowance / Position allowance / Travel allowance
*Each department has a system of coming to work once or twice a week, but those who wish to be fully remote can also consult (this does not apply to those in senior positions).
*Overtime allowance is not paid when hired in a managerial position.
