■Job Summary
This is mainly development work related to "data processing".
We will develop data processing systems and related peripheral systems by using our own FW "Asakusa Framework" for distributed processing such as Hadoop, RDB "Tsurugi" which has the world's fastest performance level, and other solutions suitable for customers' system requirements.
The PM will be involved in the project from the sales stage with sales members as a preliminary stage of development, and will be responsible for identifying applicable technologies for the development project, overall design of the system, project management, and implementation (Java) depending on experience and aspirations.

－Infrastructure design and construction (cloud/on-pre)

The Asakusa Framework is a framework for utilizing the parallel and distributed processing capabilities of Hadoop, Spark, etc., mainly for business systems such as mission-critical systems. It lowers the threshold for developing difficult parallel and distributed processing applications, and facilitates program modification, maintenance, and operation after development.
Therefore, it reduces the time required to process complex and data-intensive business data, which has been difficult to do in the past, and lowers the difficulty of operation and maintenance. This will free you from time constraints and the high cost of operation and maintenance.

＜TSURUGI (RDB)＞
In 2023/10, Tsurugi, a domestic RDB that has been adopted by NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization) for its R&D project support, and is being developed in cooperation with university laboratories and NEC Corporation, will be released as OSS.

What Is “Tsurugi,” One of the World’s Fastest RDBs? Developed through a joint research and development project with NEC and university laboratories under NEDO’s (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization) “Technology Development for AI Chips and Next-Generation Computing Enabling High Efficiency and High-Speed Processing” initiative (the RDB engine was developed by Nautilus Technologies). Released as open-source software (OSS) in October 2023, it is a next-generation, ultra-high-speed RDB developed entirely in Japan. It is a database that ensures consistency as an RDBMS while performing parallel processing at the core level in-memory. It is lock-free and supports simultaneous execution of batch and online operations. It supports standard SQL and provides development APIs for languages such as Java.
