■Overview
As the company aims to grow operating profit by 25% or more every year along with the expansion of the cashless payment market, the number of employees is increasing every year, and it is necessary to strengthen management/operation, introduce/examine new services, and upgrade the existing environment for the internal system.
The company is looking for someone who can work with us in the important internal information system operations that support the company's continued growth from behind the scenes.

■Responsibilities
・Selection, implementation, and management of devices used by employees, including PCs, smartphones, and monitors
・Smartphone management and operations using Microsoft Intune
・Design, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 services, including:
　- Exchange Server, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, and DLP features
・Security product evaluation, implementation, and management to ensure safe access to internal systems, including:
　- EDR, EPP, Skysea, Microsoft Purview, and email misdelivery prevention tools
・Design, implementation, and management of identity management systems to handle increasing user accounts due to digital transformation
・Cloud environment management and operations, primarily Azure
・Help desk support for internal system inquiries related to the above services
・Infrastructure maintenance, incident response, and alert management, including occasional night and weekend support based on urgency.

■Team Structure
The department consists of 8 internal system engineers and 1 manager.
Although each member has a primary area of responsibility, they collaborate and share knowledge across different domains, ensuring flexibility and teamwork in their daily operations.
・Microsoft 365, Device Management, and Internal Help Desk (This role) → 5 members
・Infrastructure (Servers, Networks, Cloud Services, etc.) → 3 members
The team values active communication, with members frequently exchanging knowledge to support each other’s expertise gaps. During system implementations, they also coordinate with other departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 *Meet any of the following 2+ years of experience in implementation, management, or operations of at least one Microsoft 365 product 2+ years of experience in building and operating client PCs (Windows 10 or later) 2+ years of experience in managing and operating internal enterprise systems, such as account management, request processing, or accounting systems 2+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing wireless network environments 3+ years of experience in Active Directory administration and operations, including OU, device, user, and group management at a basic level 【Preferred】 *Meet any of the following Experience in IT support and helpdesk operations for internal systems and PCs Experience in selection, provisioning (including master image creation), and operation of enterprise PCs (Windows 10/Windows 11) Experience in implementing, designing, and operating enterprise smartphones (iOS) using MDM Experience in automating business processes using PowerShell or Power Automate Practical experience in designing, building, and managing Azure-based file servers, websites, and related services
