Job Summary
As we aim to grow operating profit by 25% or more every year along with the expansion of the cashless payment market, the number of employees is increasing every year, and it is necessary to strengthen management/operation, introduce/review new services, and upgrade the existing environment for the internal system.
We are looking for someone who can work with us in the important internal information system operations that support the company's continued growth from behind the scenes.

Details of Duties
Selection, operational review, introduction, management and operation of various devices used by partners for business, such as PCs, smartphones, and monitors.
Management and operation of smart phones using Microsoft Intune
Design, implementation, management and operation of Microsoft365 related services and release of new functions (Exchange Server, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, DLP functions)
Design, implementation, management and operation of security products to ensure safe use of internal systems (EDR, EPP, Skysea, Microsoft Purview, anti-mistake tools)
Design, implementation, management and operation of ID management systems that continue to increase due to the systemization of various operations.
Management and operation of cloud environment such as Azure
Helpdesk operations for internal inquiries about the above systems
Maintenance of various infrastructures, failure, and alert response (depending on the situation, may be performed on holidays and at night).

Organization
The department consists of 8 people in charge of internal systems and 1 manager.
Although the main responsibilities are divided as follows, we work without being restricted by divisions, collaborating with each other based on their knowledge and experience.
Design/implementation/operation of Microsoft365 and devices, and internal help desk (this position): 5 people
Infrastructure-related responsibilities such as servers, N/W, and cloud services: 3
Each member has his or her own area of expertise, and since they work while asking each other questions about insufficient knowledge, there is a lot of communication within the department, and at the time of system implementation, the department often involves other departments and communicates across departmental boundaries.

We consistently produce in-house systems from the upstream, such as explanation to management and coordination with user departments prior to implementation, to actual implementation, design, operation, and maintenance. Because we are in an environment where we can design and develop the system ourselves, we have a group of partners who love technology and are highly skilled in it, and we have professional engineers in all fields.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 *Meet any of the following 2+ years of experience in implementation, management, or operations of at least one Microsoft 365 product 2+ years of experience in building and operating client PCs (Windows 10 or later) 2+ years of experience in managing and operating internal enterprise systems, such as account management, request processing, or accounting systems 2+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing wireless network environments 3+ years of experience in Active Directory administration and operations, including OU, device, user, and group management at a basic level 【Preferred】 *Meet any of the following Experience in IT support and helpdesk operations for internal systems and PCs Experience in selection, provisioning (including master image creation), and operation of enterprise PCs (Windows 10/Windows 11) Experience in implementing, designing, and operating enterprise smartphones (iOS) using MDM Experience in automating business processes using PowerShell or Power Automate Practical experience in designing, building, and managing Azure-based file servers, websites, and related services
