Job Description

The company is recruiting a Frontend Development Lead Engineer to contribute to the development of products in areas such as the cockpit of next-generation in-vehicle systems, other new mobility services, and new business ventures.
This position allows you to be involved end-to-end, from the creation of new services to development management, utilizing group assets such as various data and product foundations.

【Responsibilities】
・Promotion and management of development projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
・Realization of software at a high level that conforms to global development standards.
・Balancing user-friendliness with development quality and velocity.
・Implementing the UI with an emphasis on the user perspective, in cooperation with team members such as UX designers, UI designers, and back-end engineers.
・Management duties for a team of about 5 to 10 members, etc.
