As a Web/open system development engineer, you will be entrusted with the development of business systems and applications for various industries such as finance, manufacturing, and telecommunications on consignment, in-house product development, or at the client's site. The project to which you will be assigned will be decided after meeting with the sales person in charge and discussing the project in which you can hone your skills.

＜Features of each project＞
1. Contracted development projects
Our team is in charge of contracted development of "SaaS-type web applications for the manufacturing industry," "management systems for manufacturing operations," and other projects. We respond to requests from a wide range of clients, including group companies, manufacturing companies, and real estate companies.

2. In-house product development
We are involved in the development of our own products, which are jointly developed with group companies. For example, we are developing "HiConnex," an electronic daily report system for manufacturing operations, as well as employee education systems.

3. Customer projects (currently 90% are remote projects)
We deal mainly with major manufacturers and SIers, so we have projects in a wide range of phases, including upstream processes such as requirement definition and design, as well as development, operation, and maintenance. We also have many projects that allow us to be exposed to the latest technologies, such as projects related to cloud computing.

Remote work and flexible work hours are available. In addition, there are 123 days off per year, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays! Overtime work is also low, at around 15 hours per month.
