【Project Overview】
The product is a new taxi application that covers approximately 100,000 taxis nationwide, representing about half of all taxi vehicles available for dispatch in Japan.

Moving forward, the scope will expand beyond simple taxi dispatch to include the sequential development and provision of "AI reservations" and more complex systems like ride-sharing, ultimately creating a complete mobility platform.

While the company values technology as a strength, technology itself is not the goal. Since technology is a means to solve challenges, focusing on the product is essential. They are looking for individuals who can understand user problems and needs, and then drive development through collaborative discussions to pursue a better user experience, rather than simply implementing tasks as instructed.

【Responsibilities】
You will join the team to develop the user-facing Android application for the taxi dispatch service.
The current focus of the application is to diligently:
・Integrate and elevate the best features of the previous application.
・Provide new features and experiences.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・Experience developing and operating Android applications using Kotlin ・Experience in development using Android Architecture Components ・Experience implementing asynchronous processing using Kotlin Coroutines ・Experience with Jetpack Compose ・Experience using Git 【Preferred】・Experience as a tech lead or other leadership role ・Experience developing and operating Android applications for own company or personal services ・Experience in team development using GitHub ・Experience using libraries raised in the development environment ・Experience developing in a CI/CD environment ・Experience releasing apps on Google Play ・Experience developing apps that use location information and Google Maps 【Ideal Applicants】・Empathy with the evolution of the mobility field and its contribution to society, and the ability to commit to the service itself, not just the technology. ・Able to act on their own with a "broad perspective," a "medium- to long-term view," and "flexibility. ・Able to continuously improve required skills ・Able to communicate with others in a respectful manner ・If you wish to be fully remote work: You will be able to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining close communication with members from various areas inside and outside of the company (*If you wish to be fully remote, you will be a contract employee).
