■Job Description
We provide DX-oriented systems to our main customers in the mobility industry (a generic term for businesses that conduct economic activities through the movement of people and goods, such as transportation and logistics).
You will be a leader candidate for new system development of our own services and contracted development for our clients. You will be responsible for development through actual interaction with clients, such as negotiations with them.

The following are some examples of systems development for our client companies.
・Car-sharing management systems for car-sharing companies and smartphone applications for users to make reservations
・Bus terminal operation management systems for bus terminal operators
・Highway bus reservation management systems for highway bus operators
・Reservation management system for EV charger manufacturers
・Bus schedule signage display system for bus operators

・Preparation of various documents such as delivery documents


■Development Environment
・Environment: Cloud services (AWS, etc.)
・OS: Linux
・Language: Java,PHP
・Framework: Spring Tools 4 For Eclipse
・APP Server: Tomcat8, etc.
・DB: Aurora, MySQL, etc.
・Ver management: GitLab, etc.

■Working environment
Seven foreign engineers are working at the site.
In addition, two foreign engineers are scheduled to join the company in the near future!

Although foreign nationals are active in the company, all communication is conducted in Japanese.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required: Development Skills ・At least 5 years of experience in Java or PHP development ・Able to handle upstream processes such as requirement definition and basic/internal design by yourself. ・Experience in building new systems (not only enhancement or customization) ・Experience in building consumer web systems (B to B to C is also OK) ■Preferred ・Experience in development not only from the development side, but also from the business company side (service construction side). ・Experience in smartphone application development

・Monthly salary: ¥363,000–¥547,000
Includes fixed overtime pay for 20 hours/month (¥51,250–¥77,675)
Extra pay for overtime exceeding 20 hours
・Estimated annual income: ¥4.5M–¥7M (including bonus)
・Salary review: Once a year in April (based on performance evaluation)
