Job Description

■ Job Description
We provide systems for DX to our main customers in the mobility industry (a generic term for businesses that conduct economic activities through the movement of people and goods, such as transportation and logistics).
You will be responsible for the development of new systems for our own services as well as for contracted development for our clients. You will be required to negotiate with customers and actually interact with them in order to promote development.
You will not be in a supervisory position, but will focus on project management.

The following are examples of systems development contracted by our client companies.
・Car-sharing management systems for car-sharing companies and smartphone applications for users to make reservations
・Bus terminal operation management systems for bus terminal operators
・Highway bus reservation management systems for highway bus operators
・Reservation management system for EV charger manufacturers
・Bus schedule signage display system for bus operators

＜Main Responsibilities＞
・Preparation of project plan
・Overall project promotion
・Schedule management
・Issue management
・Handling of changes in project plans and coordination with clients
・Reporting of project progress to the project owner (client)
・Reporting of serious problems to the project owner (client)
・Coordination of requirements with the project owner (client)
・Requirement definition, basic design, and system configuration design
・Preparation of various documents such as deliverables

　・OS: Linux
　・Language: Java, PHP
　・Framework: Spring Tools 4 For Eclipse, etc.
　・APP Server: Tomcat8, etc.

Seven foreign engineers are working at the site.
In addition, two foreign engineers are scheduled to join the company in the near future!

Required Skills and Experiences

Includes fixed overtime pay for 20 hours/month (¥79,350–¥114,050)

・Estimated annual income: ¥7M–¥10M (including bonus)
