【Recruitment Background】
Since our establishment in 2014, we have been working to improve the technical and development skills of our engineers with the cooperation of Japanese engineers, and by traveling to each other's offices, productivity has improved to a level that is comparable to that in Japan. We are looking for a Tech Lead to improve the technical skills of local Vietnamese engineers.

【Job Description】
The mission of this position is to improve the development and technical capabilities of the overseas subsidiary (RAKUS Vietnam), and you will be responsible for training the local development team and improving the development process.
RAKUS Vietnam is one of the development bases of RAKUS Corporation, and since its establishment in 2014, it has been developing functions for RAKUS' main cloud services such as Rakuraku Seikatsu, Mail Dealer, and Shuyuu Mail. RAKUS Vietnam is not positioned as a contracted development organization of the head office, but is engaged in proactive product development in unison with the head office and the development team.
We have a very good relationship with the head office development organization, with frequent business trips between Japan and Vietnam, and we have a full backup system in place.

●Flow after joining Rakus
Assignment: You will join RAKUS and be transferred to RAKUS Vietnam.
During the first six months to a year after joining the company, you will work at the head office in Japan (mainly through development work) to gain a solid understanding of RAKUS' vision, mission, and values, as well as RAKUS' development process, service system configuration, architecture, and other aspects.
During this period, there will be a short-term business trip to Vietnam once every two months (1-2 weeks in duration).

●Specific duties after assignment to Vietnam base.
-Code review
-Training of engineers (creation of training plans, on-the-job training (OJT) as a trainer)
-Development process improvement (introduction and improvement of Agile practices)
-Technology selection, tool selection
You will join a local development project team and lead local engineers from within the team as a coach and sometimes as a player.

●Raising the level of technical capabilities
The current technical capability of RAKUS Vietnam is about 80% to 85% of that of Japan. Our goal is to raise this to 100% and bring it to the same level as Japan. In order to achieve this goal, we will
