We are looking for a bridge engineer to support the offshore development team for Mail Dealer. Mail Dealer is an email management tool used by more than 6,000 customers under the theme of 'improving the efficiency of email enquiries'. Development is being carried out by both the development team in Japan and the offshore development team at the subsidiary in Vietnam, which is now in its eighth year of operation.


■About the position
Develop web applications for our SaaS products using offshore development (Vietnam subsidiary), including adding new functions, improving performance, technical improvements and innovations.

Examples.
1. management of development work for the Vietnamese subsidiary
　Understand and clearly communicate the content of requirement definitions designed by Japanese engineers.
　Review deliverables such as design documents, source code and test specifications.
　Manage the progress of outsourced development projects. 2.

2. support for Vietnamese subsidiaries
　Understand the content of questions and consultations and answer them in an easy-to-understand manner.
　Cooperate and consult with Japanese engineers to resolve technical issues.
　Support improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality and technical capabilities. 3.

3. business trips to Vietnamese subsidiaries
　Business trips to offshore development sites to understand the current situation, share know-how and strengthen relationships.
