■Recruitment Background
We are looking for a bridge engineer to support the offshore development team of "Mail Dealer". rakurakujidootai is an email management tool used by more than 6,000 customers under the theme of "improving the efficiency of email inquiry operations. The development team in Japan and the offshore development team at our subsidiary in Vietnam, which is now in its 8th year of operation, are both working on the development of the product, and we are aiming for further growth of the offshore development team to expand our product share in the future.


Job Description
Web application development for our SaaS products, including the addition of new functions, performance improvement, technical improvement, and renewal, utilizing offshore development (Vietnam subsidiary).

Examples
1. Management of development work for the Vietnamese subsidiary
　Understand and communicate the content of requirement definition documents designed by Japanese engineers in an easy-to-understand manner.
　Review deliverables such as design documents, source code, and test specifications.
　Manage the progress of outsourced development projects.

2. Support for Vietnamese subsidiaries
　Understand and respond to questions and consultations in an easy-to-understand manner.
　Cooperate and consult with Japanese engineers to resolve technical issues.
　Support improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality, and technical capabilities.

3. Business trips to Vietnamese subsidiaries
　Business trip to the offshore development site to understand the current situation, share know-how, and strengthen the relationship.
　*On the Vietnamese side, there is a Japanese representative and local PM/PL/development members.
　*Assumed to be from 2 weeks to 1 month, 1-2 times a year

■Development Structure
Team development by 5-10 people, most of whom are full-time employees.

On the Japan side, there are already several Vietnamese engineers who can speak Japanese.
In addition, there is a full-time IT interpreter on the Vietnamese side, so BrSE operations can be carried out in Japanese only.

Development Team
　Domestic development team: 12 members: Manager (40s, male), 2 team leaders, 1 bridge engineer, 8 team members
　Offshore development team: 10 PM (1), PL (3), PG (4), QA (2)

There are multiple Vietnamese bridge engineers at the same location and one Vietnamese bridge engineer on the same team. You will be able to work in an environment where you can work together.
