Job Description

■Recruitment Background
 To increase the number of employees in order to achieve the main themes to be promoted by the Materials Division in the future.
　　　(1) Material evaluation for environmental compliance such as PFAS (new materials, supply issues)
　　　(2) Material toughness evaluation for new OEM (Isuzu, etc.) requirements
　　　(3) Evaluation of materials and products to be developed in the Indian market (PFT, Sunroof) (4) Evaluation of materials and products to be developed in the Indian market, including e-Fuel, etc.
　　　(4) Promote evaluation of compatibility with next-generation fuels such as e-Fuel (new and under investigation)
　　　(5) Expansion of resin business Development of new materials and coating (long fiber, raw materials, etc.)
　　　(6) Respond to SUMATE and CN (development of new materials and products)

■Job Description
・Verification of material specifications (evaluation of toughness against required performance)
・Customer verification, supplier verification, internal verification
・Verification of mass production of developed materials (undergoing each evaluation)
・Detection of material defects and countermeasures
・Safety and health activities, committee activities, etc.
・Performance evaluation testing

・Assigned to: Materials Group, Electrical Systems & Materials Development Block, Development Management Promotion Office, Fundamental Business Division
・Personnel composition: Composition of Materials Group: 9 regular employees and 4 temporary employees, for a total of 13 employees.
This division specializes in materials. Normally, 11 people work in this department (out of 13 Gr members, 1 is in Saitama and 1 is a guest at a customer's site), and the average age is in the early 30s. There is a lot of analysis/coordination/thinking work, and English skills will improve due to dealings with overseas suppliers.

・Bonus: Twice a year in June and December (4.7 months per year)
