Consequently, building the underlying architecture to support this has become exceptionally challenging.
Beyond their core services, new offerings are emerging, leading to a dramatic increase in users from various backgrounds, including both individual and corporate clients. This makes development increasingly critical.
They're looking for someone who can lead the development of new features and architectural migrations to drive product growth.

【Responsibilities】
The company aims to deliver valuable development by creating new features and improving existing ones after launch, with the goal of expanding the service to 10 million and eventually 15 million users.

They are seeking individuals who can leverage their engineering skills to play a key role in the growth of their skill marketplace business through comprehensive application development.

Specifically:
Planning, designing, developing, and operating new features.
Verifying the effectiveness and improving features after their release.
Identifying issues in existing features and proposing solutions.
Migrating from monolithic systems to microservices.
Transitioning to GraphQL Federation.
Updating frameworks, languages, and libraries.

【Development Environment】
Languages: Ruby, Go, TypeScript, PHP

【How You'll Collaborate】
You'll work closely with various teams to drive product development and improvements. This includes:
・For new feature development, you'll collaborate with Product Managers, designers, app engineers, and infrastructure SRE engineers.
・When it comes to resolving technical debt and introducing new technologies, you'll primarily partner with members from the Technology Strategy Office and the Common Platform team to advance these projects.
In this role, you'll contribute to the product's growth from both a technical and business perspective.

・Rapid User Feedback: You'll directly experience users' reactions to what you build. We regularly hold user events, giving you the chance to talk directly with our users.
・Growth-Oriented Environment: Because our product is highly challenging, you'll gain significant experience and build a strong track record as an engineer. You can embrace various technical challenges as a full-cycle engineer. Our environment supports your skill development with resources like an O'Reilly all-access subscription and regular study sessions.

Required Skills and Experiences
