Job Description

We are a global company with currently over 500 foreign engineers (from 50 countries).

Human Resocia engineers work on projects at client sites.

You will be responsible for CAD, BIM, and CIM operations related to architecture and civil engineering at our clients (general contractors, design firms, and construction consultants).

Projects will be assigned to general contractors, design firms, and construction consultants in accordance with your past experience.


【Project Examples】
・Creation of 2D plans, elevations, sections, etc.
・Creation of models by 3D modeling, etc.
・Creation of drawings from models, creation of tabulation tables, rendering, etc.
・Structural analysis using analysis software, etc.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Skills ・Experience with AutoCAD ・University graduate in architectural or civil engineering ・Japanese language skills at business level or above (equivalent to JLPT N2 or above) ・English language skills at a level that enables at least minimal communication

Working Condition

■Welfare
Support for obtaining a work visa, travel expenses, rent subsidy, support for finding housing, commuting allowance (up to 30,000 yen per month), full social insurance, retirement allowance, in-house training (on Japanese language, business manners, and technology)

■Holidays / Vacations
2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
Paid vacations, maternity leave, childcare leave, congratulation or condolence leave, year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation
*Varies depending on the project site.
