Participate in software development projects across sectors such as automotive, smart devices, and DX, taking charge of Edge AI-related technical development. Work within cross-functional teams comprising sales, engineering, and R&D members to maximize the value delivered through business activities.

‐ Our team includes members from China and Korea, among others.
- We have a dedicated department responsible for developing the core algorithms of all Morpho products, with a strong focus on in-house technology development.

Japanese is the primary language used within the company. However, if you are proficient in English or Chinese, you may be assigned to clients who require communication in these languages.

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Mandatory Requirements ・Proficiency in software development using C, C++, Python, or similar languages. ・Native-level Japanese language skills (JLPT N1 equivalent). ■ Preferred Requirements ・Background in image processing or computer vision development (any programming language). ・Practical application of deep learning in technical development projects. ・Exposure to automotive or smart device-related development. ・Hands-on experience with Single Board Computers (SBC) such as Raspberry Pi or Jetson. ■ Desired Candidate Profile ・Individuals who find fulfillment in contributing to society through software development for smartphones and PCs. ・Those with a strong interest in international business operations. ・Professionals capable of communicating with diverse stakeholders globally while respecting different values. ・Proactive problem-solvers who take ownership of challenges to find effective solutions.

Annual Salary: ¥5,000,000 - ¥10,500,000
(*Additionally, a performance-based bonus may be paid at the end of January each year.)
- Annual salary of ¥5,000,000 = Monthly salary ¥416,667 (Base salary ¥297,240 + Fixed overtime and late-night work allowance for 45 hours ¥119,427)
- Annual salary of ¥10,500,000 = Monthly salary ¥875,000 (Base salary ¥624,203 + Fixed overtime and late-night work allowance for 45 hours ¥250,797)
*Overtime pay will be provided for any hours exceeding the fixed overtime limit.
