We assist our clients with agile development.
・Launching agile projects and introducing new Scrum
・Coaching and advice on Agile projects
・Support for fostering the organizational culture, personnel, training, and systems necessary for Agile


(2) System development support
We support the execution of your development projects.
・Provide hands-on support as a Scrum Master for Agile implementation.
・Support customers' development projects as a PM for system development
*Depending on the customer's Agile maturity level, we will enter as a PM for waterfall development.

・Support introduction and utilization of large-scale Agile framework (SAFe)
