【Your Role】
■Mission
　・Sophisticated in-house products using knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing
　・Understanding user issues and introducing innovative solutions based on them
　・Improve product value through algorithm design, implementation, and evaluation

■Overview
　・Design, development, and validation of algorithms for generating and evaluating ad text using natural language technology, including large-scale language models
　・Implementation and release of algorithm modules for SaaS considering operation, maintenance, and scalability, and continuous improvement based on user feedback
　・Identify user needs and create a roadmap from an algorithmic perspective
　・Creation of new modules for SaaS based on machine learning

■Development environment and technology stack
　・Programming language: Python
　・Lambda, DynamoDB, Step Functions, AWS Batch, etc.
　・Multiple NVIDIA DGX A100, high memory many-core CPU machines, Cloud GPU

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 <Experience> ・Working experience in development and research related to natural language processing ・3+ years of experience developing cloud systems related to machine learning (API development to provide algorithms, batch inference functions, etc.) ・3+ years of experience developing in a cloud environment (AWS/GCP/Azure, etc.), especially including experience building systems with IaC and building CI/CD pipelines ** <Skills and Knowledge> ・Ability to design ML inference systems with zero-capacity and scalability ・Basic understanding of generative algorithms using language models ・Ability to program using Python ・Ability to experiment and develop with GPUs using containers such as Docker/Singularity ・Understanding of version control systems such as Git <Language> JLPT N1 Certified 【Preferred】 <Skills and Knowledge> ・Understanding of methods to reduce the weight of language generation models (e.g., distillation) and accelerate generation algorithms ・Understanding of methods for managing large computational environments, such as on-premise GPUs <Experience> ・Experience in project management and team leadership ・Mentoring and team member development experience ・Experience winning awards at Kaggle or other data analysis competitions ・Experience submitting papers to international conferences and English journals ・PhD related to natural language processing, mathematical statistics, management engineering, or information and communication sciences
