Our division is a small team with fewer than 30 members, primarily engaged in direct contracts with companies, working on their products, services, and business systems. At our company, we don’t just develop software as requested; we also raise and propose solutions to fundamental issues. We work alongside our clients to design processes, architecture, and investment returns, driving digital transformation (DX) as one of our core strengths.

The Tech Division currently has about 25 members, handling around 30 projects of varying sizes for about 20 companies. As we anticipate taking on larger and more complex projects, we are looking for members who can play a central role in the team. We are also planning for overseas business expansion in the future, so we welcome applicants who are interested in globalizing both the company and their careers.


■Job Description
As a front-end engineer, you will build user touchpoints for mobile apps and websites using the latest technologies like Next.js(React), Nuxt.js(Vue), and Flutter. You will work closely with clients on new business launches, from architectural design to system construction that supports business growth, cost optimization, and the establishment of operational processes. In addition to leading projects and being hands-on, we seek individuals who can actively contribute to team management and the mentoring of junior members.


≪ Job Details ≫
You will be directly involved in the development and enhancement of high-MAU mobile apps for well-known Japanese companies. You will also be expected to build secure and highly available websites/services using Jamstack architecture, which can handle spikes in traffic such as those caused by TV broadcasts. Your work will focus not only on system development but also on maximizing the added value provided to users, contributing to customer acquisition, and enhancing branding efforts.

- Development and maintenance of consumer-facing apps and digital marketing platforms for manga cafés and karaoke chains.
- Development and maintenance of business systems for ice cream chains and drugstores.

- We currently operate with hybrid work for at least three days a week. However, when foreign employees temporarily return to their home countries, we plan in advance with the team or project, and we have successfully implemented long-term remote work for about two weeks to a month.


■Company Language
Meetings and document creation are conducted in Japanese. When working with overseas engineers, communication will be in English.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required You're welcome to apply if you have over 3 years of experience in any of the following. ・Discretionary labor system: Discretionary labor system for specialized work 9.5 hours per day
*Overtime in excess of the above will be paid in full separately.
