We always maintain a portfolio of over 2,000 carefully selected projects! Primarily working with major web service companies, we provide a wide range of development support, including core systems for web services, business systems, and smartphone applications.


■Job Description
 You will be assigned to projects based on your experience in web application development, smartphone application development, and more. On average, we will propose more than three project assignments for you. Our mission is to promote IT transformation for clients in various industries, often in collaboration with consulting firms, and provide the best IT solutions for them. Once a project is decided, you will be dispatched to the client site to perform the work.

　・Client negotiations, identifying challenges, proposing IT solutions, negotiations with development vendors

◆ DX Project for a Major Telecommunications Company
 　・Digitizing the internal payment workflow from a paper-based system to an electronic system.
 　・Conducting interviews with on-site employees, who are the end users, to propose and implement the optimal system.

◆ Sales Support Tool for a Car Dealership
　・Proposing a tablet-based sales support tool.
　・Conducting research with sales representatives at each store to gather and visualize necessary information for proposals.
　・Digitizing paper-based materials and providing support for usage.

≪ Assignment Process ≫
Offer acceptance → Interview with HR and sales (explanation of your skill sheet) → Pick 3-5 potential projects → Project selection → Client interview → Final decision
The process from project selection to final decision can take approximately 2 weeks to 1 month.
