We are currently looking for a second member to join the “Technology & Design Department” as an in-house development engineer!

≪ Current Project Overview ≫
We are working on an automated matching service for personnel and projects, incorporating the latest advancements in AI to offer more precise matches.

As the team and our in-house services expand, you'll have the opportunity to advance your career from a tech lead role to an architect. With future organizational growth, you may also take on responsibilities for managing the development team and overseeing people management, depending on your career aspirations.

≪ Job Details ≫
You will work closely with the business side and the development team to handle everything in-house, from defining requirements to launching new services. You will also be involved in contract development and managing existing systems. As the second member of the “Technology & Design Department,” you will have the chance to manage projects for the services you are in charge of.

- Development and operation of new services (app development, API development, DB development)
- Improvement, development, and operation of existing services (app development, API development, DB development)
- Troubleshooting, bug investigation, and fixes
- Code reviews
- Technology proposals
- Interviewing candidates for engineering roles, etc.

■Development Environment
- Languages: PHP (Laravel) / Vue.js (TypeScript)
- Database: MySQL
- Server: AWS
- Tools: GitHub, Notion
*Even if you don't have experience with the above technologies, web development experience will suffice.

(Past study sessions: Cloud technologies, document creation training, necessary skills for advancing from engineer to leader, etc.)

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required - 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications - 3+ years of experience in developing IT services for consumers (toC) and experience in handling system outages - Experience in negotiating and coordinating with the business side ■Preferred Experience in development using the following technologies: - Languages: PHP (Laravel) / Vue.js (TypeScript) - Database: MySQL - Server: AWS
