We are working on an automated matching service for personnel and projects, incorporating the latest advancements in AI to offer more precise matches.

As the team and our in-house services expand, you'll have the opportunity to advance your career from a tech lead role to an architect. You will work closely with the business side and the development team to handle everything in-house, from defining requirements to launching new services. You will also be involved in contract development and managing existing systems. As the second member of the “Technology & Design Department,” you will have the chance to manage projects for the services you are in charge of.

- Development and operation of new services (app development, API development, DB development)
- Improvement, development, and operation of existing services (app development, API development, DB development)
- Troubleshooting, bug investigation, and fixes
- Code reviews
- Technology proposals
- Interviewing candidates for engineering roles, etc.
