Job Description

You will be responsible for the UI design of the company's own products. The mission is to maximize product value and lead to changes in customer behavior by collaborating with stakeholders (such as product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineers) from a broad perspective of business, operations, and development to devise and implement effective UI solutions.

In addition, as the organization of designers and the construction of design systems have become important challenges for future product growth, the individual is expected to work on these initiatives in parallel with UI design.

The following are expected to be specific examples of duties, but responsibilities are not limited to these:
・Design of visual elements: Designing interface concepts, color schemes, typography, icon designs, and other visual components.
・Designing dynamic interactions: Using prototyping and animation to design interactive experiences.
・UI optimization based on research: Conducting various qualitative and quantitative research (user research, log analysis, inquiry analysis, etc.) and optimizing the UI based on feedback.
・Cross-platform design consideration and implementation: Ensuring design consistency and implementation across various platforms.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Fundamental principles of UI design and knowledge of design tools Experience in screen layout and UI design using major design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.) Ability to lead and complete the entire UI design process—from stakeholder communication and concept design through implementation to feedback collection and refinement—as the primary responsible party (approximately 3+ years of relevant experience) Fluent business communication skills in Japanese Capability to conduct daily operations entirely in Japanese, including text communication and meetings Example: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 level, or approximately 3 years of work experience in a Japanese-language environment *Please submit your portfolio when applying. ■Preferred Experience in UI design for web services, particularly B2B products Experience participating in Scrum teams Experience working at venture/startup companies Experience working in multicultural, multilingual environments Business-level English proficiency ■Ideal Applicants Empathy with the company's mission Address fundamental challenges with ownership, visualizing solutions and taking action Execute tasks with a positive attitude and constructive discussions amid rapid change and high uncertainty Communicate and debate respectfully, considering others' context and perspective
