As a manufacturer, we are consistently engaged in the planning, development, and sales of electronic component mounting robots, machine tools, and other products.


【Background of Recruitment】
At our customers' factories, where our products are installed, various IT initiatives are underway to improve the efficiency of robots and operators. We are hiring to strengthen our organization in order to accelerate development using new technologies, such as linking the above-mentioned functions through APIs and making tools that are currently running as Windows applications available as Web applications.
In the future, there are plans to make various functions available on AWS and other cloud services.


【About the position we are recruiting for】
Currently, there are about 200 software engineers.
Among them, teams are divided by project, and they are engaged in various projects ranging from existing embedded software development to server migration to cloud computing, development of production management applications, and so on.

【Job Description.】
Please develop system software to operate robots efficiently.

〈Examples of developed system software〉
・CAD-like tools to create dedicated programs to operate robots.
・A tool that efficiently distributes work to a large number of robots and optimizes the order of work.
・Tools that manage parts used in production and guide operators to place the appropriate parts on the robots.
・Tools to store and visualize robot operation monitoring, defect analysis, and traceability
・Tools to link robots and peripheral equipment with systems for various types of automation.


【Working environment】
・Working at the head office in Aichi Prefecture.
・There are many foreign nationals among our employees and temporary staff, and depending on the project, more than half of the team members are foreign nationals.
・Nationalities of foreign employees: India, China, UK, USA, Brazil, Taiwan, Korea, Poland, Australia


【Internal Languages】
Basically, Japanese is used, but some teams use English.
For teams that have a lot of interaction with overseas customers, English will be used for meetings and negotiations, so please let us know at the interview if you are interested in using English regardless of nationality.

■Required: Development Skills For individuals with experience in any of the following areas: ・Software design (class diagrams, sequence diagrams, ER diagrams) ・More than 2 years of programming (C++, C#, Java) ・Development tools (Visual Studio, Eclipse) ・Configuration management tools (Git, SubVersion) ・Database (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) ■Ideal Applicants ・Able to take on new challenges (without fear of failure)

Trial period: 6 months (3% reduction in base salary during the trial period)

・We will determine the salary based on the current annual salary and your past experience/skills.
・Salary increase once a year (April)
・Bonus: Twice a year (July/December)

・Core time: 10:30-15:00
・Flexible hours: 7:15-10:30, 15:00-22:00
・Standard work hours: 8:30-17:00 (8:45-17:15 at Tokyo and Osaka branches)
・Monthly average of overtime: 30 hours or less
